C. Njoube Dugas, Co-Founder
A native San Franciscan, Njoube found their passion in the produce industry after beginning their career in the food warehousing sector.
After gaining extensive knowledge in wholesale and retail produce, Njoube founded a produce delivery service in Tucson, Arizona. There, they established logistics and systems to bring produce from small farmers in Arizona’s Santa Cruz County and Nogales, Mexico, to the local community. Njoube brings 15+ years of hands-on experience from warehousing and produce procurement to business owner-operator. They hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mills College in Oakland, CA and an MBA from Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business and Public Policy.
Dhaifallah (Dave) Mo, Co-Founder
Dave is a dedicated community organizer and activist with extensive experience in public relations and community development.
For the past 20 years, Dave has honed his skills in advocacy and community engagement as a Yemeni American activist, including work with the Yemeni American Association and the California Chapter of the American Association of Yemeni Students and Professionals. He also co-founded a produce distribution non-profit, where he gained valuable entrepreneurial experience. His commitment to social justice and community well-being drives his work, and he is passionate about promoting diverse agricultural communities, creating positive change and fostering inclusive environments.
Gamil Mahram, Co-Founder
Gamil is a versatile leader in the agriculture and produce distribution industry.
Gamil boasts an impressive 17 years of agriculture experience, making him a seasoned expert in the field. With six years dedicated to packing and aggregation, he honed his skills in ensuring produce quality and efficiency. Gamil’s 13 years in trucking and logistics demonstrate a robust understanding of the complexities of transportation and supply chain management. Additionally, his nine years in sales have added to his existing strong client relationships.
